Yes, absolutely! All our product images are either provided directly by the brand or photographed to accurately reflect the item you will receive. Minor variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but the product itself will match the description and photos.
Once you place an order, a digital receipt will be emailed to you immediately. You can also view and download your invoice anytime by logging into your account at brandsparadise.com.au and checking the “My Orders” section.
We offer a 20-day return policy. To start a return, please email us at admin[at]brandsparadise[dot]com[dot]au with your order number and reason for return. If the item is damaged, attach a video taken while unboxing the package. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. You’ll receive return instructions once your request is approved.
We do our best to restock popular items, but availability depends on supplier stock. If you’re interested in a sold-out item, we recommend joining our restock alert or contacting us directly—we’re happy to let you know when it’s back!
We currently ship Australia-wide! Just enter your delivery address at checkout, and we’ll deliver your order straight to your door—whether you’re in a metro city or a regional area. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
